Room spacious with a nice kitchen and balcony. Poor Wi-Fi connection, challenging for planning outings.

Had a really really nice stay for short vacation, everything was awesome. Overall it was nicely furnished on the balcony. The hotel had indeed a magnificent location in order to reach flight from airport. No complains at all,...  

Everything was awesome and the view was beautiful. The rooms were nicely furnished and had a delightful layout. The hotel had a magnificent position, close to a mall with a great steak restaurant.

Huge suite with great breakfast options, lovely staff.

Price/quality very good! For me it was a diving holiday. Ideal hotel to relax after an active day. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Wifi can be better but that appears everywhere in Hurghada a problem.

Massive suites that exceed typical hotel room sizes.

I reported it, but the maintenance team's attempts to fix it were futile. Adding to my frustration, the restaurant prices were outrageous for the quality of food served, particularly the wine that seemed to come from the kitchen rather than the bar.

Exactly as expected according to reviews and information on booking.com.neat, clean, spacious rooms with air conditioning and extensive breakfast.

Last day I had to pay for drinks I had not drunk from the minibar. No wifi in room, only in lobby, restaurant and swimming pool. But this one didn't always work either.

which we liked was not too much to say but the only thing i have to tell about was the guy who made our room every day he was realy decent and very polite i remember his name was mohamad

there was some things i did not like during my stay in the hotel first of all the location in the hotel site did not reflect the fact that the hotel have no private beach as they mentioned in the hotel site( and that was chock for my kids in the first day ) , the beach in aquamarina ( sister hotel ) is very poor beach and we could not even find place to stay with our kids around any of the swiming pools there in aqua marina , plus its so far away from the hotel , we was forced to saty up to 4.30 pm everytime we go to spend the day in aquamarina even most of the times we need to be back to the hotel early for our kids needs .

Enjoyed the spacious suite that felt more like a home than a hotel room. The pool area was a tranquil oasis, perfect for unwinding after a day of activities, although the Wi-Fi was a bit hit-or-miss when planning outings.

Staff did not defend us when a taxi driver scammed us for 50 Egyptian pounds. Hurghada in general is a terrible place and the only stop on our tour of Egypt which I wouldn't recommend. The rest of Egypt was great.

Breakfast options surprised me with a large selection, and I loved the international flavors. Despite the overall cleanliness, the shower had inconsistent hot water , quite frustrating. Wi-Fi connection in the suite was hit-or-miss, complicating my ability to plan outings. The hotel is a bit isolated, requiring taxis for nearby attractions, but this contributed to a peaceful vibe. I appreciated the staff's hospitality especially when they kept my forgotten belongings safe and returned them promptly.

The Design of the rooms is very good, the swiming pool is very small

The staff were polite and friendly, reception staff were especially very helpful. The room was extremely clean, well appointed and very comfortable. A good selection of food provided for breakfast. Pool was small but adequate although rather cold....  

The hotel is definitely not great. Noise from the streets kept me awake, and the lack of a private beach was so disappointing. I almost wanted to give a good review, but the room wasn't cleaned well, and where's my complimentary water? Other hotels treat their guests with courtesy, but apparently, i didn't deserve it here.
